Privacy Policy

This policy covers "SAWRIY APPS" MCHJ (“Suds”, “we”) — this website at suds.pet and the Suds service. It is written to be read, not to be skimmed past.

The short version

• If you join the waitlist, we keep your email address so we can email you about Suds.
• This website sets no cookies and runs no analytics or tracking of any kind.
• We do not sell your personal information, and we never will.
• Phone numbers and text-message consent are never shared with anyone for marketing.

What we collect on this website

Your email address

Only if you type it into the waitlist form. We use it to email you about Suds — that Suds has opened, and occasional news while we build it. Every email has an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing takes effect immediately.

Your IP address

When you submit the waitlist form, your IP address is held in our server's memory for about a minute. It is used only to stop the same source from submitting the form dozens of times, and it is never written to a database or tied to your email address. After that minute it is gone.

Ordinary server logs

Our host records the standard information any web server records — which page was requested, when, and from roughly where. We do not use these logs to build a profile of you.

What we do not collect

This website sets no cookies. It runs no analytics, no advertising pixels, no session recording, and no third-party trackers. Nothing is stored in your browser. We mention this because it is unusual enough to be worth stating plainly: there is nothing here to opt out of.

Who we share it with

Two companies, both of which handle data on our behalf and neither of which may use it for their own purposes:

• Resend — Stores waitlist email addresses and sends our email. Their privacy policy.
• Vercel — Hosts this website. Sees the usual server request data, including IP addresses. Their privacy policy.

We may also disclose information if the law requires it of us. If that ever happens and we are permitted to tell you, we will.

We do not sell your information

We do not sell your personal information. We do not rent it, trade it, or share it with anyone for their own advertising. We have no plans to, and if that ever changed we would tell you before it happened, not after.

Text messages and mobile opt-in

Suds exists to send appointment reminders by text on behalf of pet groomers, so it is worth being exact about this.

This website does not collect phone numbers. Phone numbers enter Suds only when a groomer becomes a customer and adds their clients, or when a client replies to a message.

Mobile information and text-message opt-in data are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No exception in this policy — including the categories of sharing described above — permits the sharing of text-messaging originator opt-in data or consent. Phone numbers are shared only with the carrier network needed to actually deliver a message, which cannot use them for anything else.

Anyone receiving texts through Suds can stop them by replying STOP, and we honour that immediately. Message and data rates may apply. Suds is available in the United States only.

Where we are, and where your data is

Suds is built and operated by "SAWRIY APPS" MCHJ, a company registered in Uzbekistan. We say so plainly because you are entitled to know who is holding your information, and because you can look our registration up.

Your data does not live where we do. The companies named above — Resend and Vercel — are United States companies operating on US infrastructure, and that is where waitlist addresses and server logs actually sit. Working with us means your information is handled under the same arrangements as any other US-hosted service, and is subject to US legal process, not Uzbek.

We are subject to Uzbek law as a company, and we honour the commitments on this page regardless of where you or we are.

How long we keep things

Waitlist email addresses are kept until you unsubscribe or ask us to delete them, or until it is clear Suds is not launching. We do not hold onto addresses indefinitely for no reason.

Your choices

• Unsubscribe — every email has a link, and it works immediately.
• Ask what we hold, or ask us to delete it — email privacy@suds.pet and we will do it. You do not need to live in a particular state or give us a reason.

We will not treat you differently for exercising any of these.

Children

Suds is a tool for businesses and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 13. If you believe a child has given us information, email us and we will delete it.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy in a way that matters, we will update the effective date below and, for anyone on the waitlist, say so by email. We will not make a material change quietly.
