Grooming software with unlimited texts
“Unlimited texting” shows up on more grooming software pricing pages than it used to, but it means different things depending on the vendor. Here's an honest look at what “unlimited” actually costs, and what it does or doesn't include, across the tools US mobile groomers compare most.
MoeGo Ultimate — unlimited, but at the top tier
MoeGo offers unlimited automated messages, but only on its Ultimate plan at $159/mo per van. Its cheaper Basic ($49) and Growth ($99) tiers meter texts at 200 and 900 respectively.
Teddy Budget — unlimited at $49, but manual and reminder-free
Teddy's Budget plan is genuinely unlimited two-way texting for $49/mo, and it includes payment collection — an advantage Suds doesn't currently match. What it doesn't include at that price is automated reminders or online booking; those arrive at the $99 Core tier. Unlimited texting without automated sending still means someone has to write and send every message.
DaySmart Pet — unlimited two-way isn't the default
DaySmart's $29 Basic plan includes 500 texts, and two-way texting is a separate paid add-on at that tier. Two-way texting comes included starting at the $149 Deluxe Growth plan, with 1,000 texts.
Suds — unlimited and automated, from $49
Suds includes unlimited automated reminders at $49/mo, on every plan — no meter, no upgrade required to remove one. What it doesn't include yet is payment collection or full scheduling, which is why Teddy Budget is worth a look if payments matter more to you than automation.
