Terms of Use
These terms cover this website — suds.pet — including the waitlist form and the cost calculator. They are an agreement between you and "SAWRIY APPS" MCHJ.
Suds has not launched. There is no paid subscription yet, so there is nothing here about billing, uptime, or service levels. When Suds opens, a separate subscription agreement will cover those, and you will see it before you pay anything.
The waitlist is not a contract
Joining the waitlist reserves nothing and obliges neither of us. It means we have your email address and will write to you when Suds opens. We cannot promise a launch date, and we might not launch at all — if that happens we will tell you rather than going quiet.
About the pricing shown on this site
The $49/mo figure is what we intend to charge at launch. It is our current intention in good faith, not a locked-in offer, and it may change before Suds opens. Whatever price is in front of you at the moment you sign up is the price that binds us — not this page.
About the competitor comparisons
Our comparison pages and cost calculator cite other companies' published prices. Every figure is taken from that company's own public pricing page and was verified on 2026-09-21; the source link and date are shown alongside each one.
Vendors change their pricing without telling us. A figure that was accurate on the date shown may not be accurate today, and some plans have terms that no table can fully capture. Check the vendor's own page before making a decision. The calculator produces an estimate from numbers you type in; it is a rough guide, not a quote, and not advice about which tool to buy. If you spot a figure of ours that is wrong or out of date, tell us and we will correct it.
We have no affiliation with any of the companies named on this site, and none of them endorse us. Their names and marks belong to them, and are used only to identify them.
Using the site sensibly
Please do not attack the site, scrape it at volume, submit other people's email addresses to the waitlist, or use it to break the law. The content here is ours; you are welcome to read it, quote it with attribution, and share it, but not to republish it as your own.
No warranty on the site itself
This website is provided as it is. We work to keep it accurate and available, but we do not warrant that it will be either at every moment. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of this website — for example, a business decision made on the strength of a competitor figure that has since changed. Nothing here limits any liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
Who we are, and who we serve
Suds is operated by "SAWRIY APPS" MCHJ, registered in Uzbekistan.
The service itself serves the United States only. We cannot onboard businesses elsewhere, including Canada, because text messaging is regulated differently there and we do not support it. Texts are sent over US carrier networks from US numbers, and the service runs on US infrastructure.
Changes
We may update these terms. If a change matters, we will move the effective date and tell anyone on the waitlist by email.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Uzbekistan, where the company is registered.
That choice does not take anything away from you. If you are in the United States, you keep every right your own state and federal consumer-protection law gives you, and nothing in these terms is intended to waive a protection that cannot lawfully be waived. Where this document and a mandatory consumer protection where you live disagree, that protection wins.
